We use President Bekele's persona to connect with the audience after witnessing the country's transformation under his administration. No doubt he has earned the admiration and respect of his people and this is worth talking about.

Team Bukele is owned and operated by our family of four. My wife and I were both born in El Salvador but did not meet until our years in college at LACC in Los Angeles. After college came marriage followed by two wonderful kids who taught us there was a meaning to life. For many years, my wife and I have worked in our respective fields while raising the kids living paycheck to paycheck. We have no regrets and/or complaints, as both of us working helped us provide for our kids and get them through college. But then, suddenly, as the kids started to move away, we found ourselves home alone with extra time we did not know what to do with. The best thing we could think of was to open an online store while we continued to work and waited for retirement. We had other small business ventures in the past but none of them were successful as we never had the time they required. We are hoping Team Bukele strikes a chord with our community and we can reconnect with our people and culture once again. Reflecting back My wife and I are Salvadoran immigrants living in the US since the 1980's. Similarly to many immigrant families, we have had our share of difficulties throughout the years living in this country. And even though the journey has not been easy, it has been extremely rewarding when we look back at where we started. We will always be grateful to this country for giving us the opportunity to thrive as individuals and get ahead as a family. We are also grateful that, despite the years away from our country, we never lost sight of our identity and stayed true to our humble beginnings. This business is just another chapter in our lives. As of 2024, we continue to work full time and dream big while the kids are already gone and busy planning their own journeys. Like many Salvadoran couples that have reached the age of reflection and begin to live off memories, we dream of one day making that journey back to spend more time rediscovering and reinventing our pasts. This is exactly what this business venture is for us. An open window between two worlds allowing us to see the other side we left behind…
